Investing in the mental well-being of every family member can transform your home. Our Family Plans are designed to provide accessible and affordable individual therapy for up to four immediate family members, offering a flexible pool of sessions for collective and individual growth.

Family Plan Eligibility:

  • Covers up to four immediate family members (e.g., parents, children, guardians).

  • Can include a child attending college in North Carolina.

  • Does not include extended family members unless you have temporary or permanent legal custody of that individual.

1. The "Family Foundations" Plan (Ideal for families where each of up to 4 members desires approximately 1 session per month, or flexible distribution)

  • Includes: Up to 4 individual therapy sessions per month (to be distributed among up to 4 eligible family members).

  • Total Self-Pay Cost (4 sessions at $125/each): $500

  • Your Family Plan Price: $400 / month

    • Total Monthly Family Savings: $100 per month (that's $1,200 per year!)

    • Effective Per Session Rate: $100 (for sessions utilized within the plan)

  • How it Works: This plan allows a family of four to each have one individual session per month, or for a family of two to each have two sessions, etc. You have 4 sessions per month to use flexibly.

2. The "Family Growth" Plan (Ideal for families where each of up to 4 members desires approximately 2 sessions per month, or flexible distribution)

  • Includes: Up to 8 individual therapy sessions per month (to be distributed among up to 4 eligible family members).

  • Total Self-Pay Cost (8 sessions at $125/each): $1,000

  • Your Family Plan Price: $720 / month

    • Total Monthly Family Savings: $280 per month (that's $3,360 per year!)

    • Effective Per Session Rate: $90 (for sessions utilized within the plan)

  • How it Works: This plan can accommodate a family of four where each member sees a therapist bi-weekly, or a family of two where each sees a therapist weekly, etc. You have 8 sessions per month to use flexibly.

3. The "Family Transformation" Plan (Ideal for families where each of up to 4 members desires approximately 4 sessions per month, or flexible distribution for intensive support)

  • Includes: Up to 16 individual therapy sessions per month (to be distributed among up to 4 eligible family members).

  • Total Self-Pay Cost (16 sessions at $125/each): $2,000

  • Your Family Plan Price: $1,280 / month

    • Total Monthly Family Savings: $720 per month (that's an incredible $8,640 per year!)

    • Effective Per Session Rate: $80 (for sessions utilized within the plan)

  • How it Works: This plan provides robust support, allowing a family of four to each have weekly individual sessions, or allowing for highly intensive support for fewer members. You have 16 sessions per month to use flexibly.

Butterfly Subscription Guidelines

To ensure the best experience for all our clients, here are the guidelines for our Butterfly Subscription plans:

  • Subscription Agreement: All clients on a Butterfly Subscription plan are required to sign a subscription agreement. This outlines the terms and conditions of your plan, ensuring transparency and clarity.

  • Rescheduling Policy: You can reschedule one appointment per month without penalty. We understand that life happens, and we want to offer flexibility while maintaining consistency in your care.

  • Session Usage: Your paid sessions are allocated monthly. Unused sessions from one month do not roll over to the next. To get the most out of your subscription, please utilize your sessions within their designated month. If you don't use them, they're lost.

  • Family Plan Eligibility: Our Family Plan covers up to four immediate family members. This includes parents, children residing in the household, and can extend to a child attending college within North Carolina. This plan does not cover extended family members, unless you have temporary or permanent legal custody of that individual.

  • Rewarding Pre-Pay Discounts:

    • Pre-pay for 3 months and get 1 free session when you renew your plan.

    • Pre-pay for 6 months and get 2 free sessions when you renew your plan.

    • Pre-pay for 12 months and receive a 20% discount on your total plan cost.

  • Special Thank You for Our Heroes: We offer an additional 10% discount for all First Responders, Active Military, and Veterans.

  • Accessing Your Client File: There is no fee to request a copy of your client file. Please note, however, that any letters requested by a clinician (e.g., for school, work, or court) will incur a separate fee.
